John M. Vandemore

Chief Financial Officer, Skechers

Mr. Vandemore, 44, has been Chief Financial Officer of Skechers, a global branded casual footwear design and marketing company, since November 2017. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Divisional Chief Financial Officer of Mattel, a leading global toy manufacturer, from September 2015 until October 2017. Prior to that he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of International Game Technology from 2012 until 2015. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2012, Mr. Vandemore served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Walt Disney Imagineering, a division of The Walt Disney Company, a global entertainment company. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Vandemore served as Vice President and Director, Operations Planning & Analysis of The Walt Disney Company. Prior to 2005, Mr. Vandemore held various positions at AlixPartners, Goldman Sachs, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Vandemore earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Vandemore has been selected to serve as a director due to his prior management experience, financial expertise and network of relationships in the gaming industry.
